Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase at MDM Electron. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and it will be collected from your preferred address free of charge as per our policy of free shipping.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 2 days from the receipt of your item to process your return and refund.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
You can exchange MDM Electron products in their original packaging to our offices within a week post-delivery. Please send the following information via email to info@mdmelectron.co.za
- The order number of your purchase
- Basic information of return item.
- For example: TomTom black silicone S/M straps. I.e., Brand, color, size, length of strap
- Include product details of replacement straps you would like to ship back to you with details included as noted above. If possible, please include a website link to the product you are referring to.

We try our best to ensure the products we offer you are of top quality without defects.
All our products are checked for defects before shipping but sometimes defects appear, and we have missed them.
We will offer a refund, exchange or credit.
What is a defect?
A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product imperfect and not to the quality you would expect. In this case of us identifying the defect on the item, you ship back to us we will either issue a refund or a credit or exchange.
We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality and without defects.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
If the product you purchased has a defect, please email us to let us know. The warranty is in place within one month of the delivery of the product. The warranty of your purchase lasts 6 months. If you have problems with the product you purchased at MDM Electron in that time that are beyond normal wear and tear, we will repair your item free of charge or replace it. If you have a warranty inquiry, please email info@mdmelectron.co.za. We will collect your product free of charge as per our usual policy. After inspection of the product and verifying your return, we will ship you a replacement depending on stock availability or refund you. Regarding returns, the product must be in its original packaging, with all accessories with it that were bought with the original purchase. The tags and labels must still be on. This is the case for exchanges and refunds.
