Items such as the screen protectors, phone cases and watch protective cases are not sold by Apple, Amazefit, Fitbit, Garmin, Huawei, Samsung, Tom-Tom, Polar, Wahoo or Suunto. These accessories were created out of necessity to add a touch of style and provide your devices with protection from bumps and scratches.
All orders can only be placed online and delivered via courier with no in store collection.

There is no minimum spend at MDM Electron.
We deliver 24-48 hours for orders in Gauteng and within 2-3 working days to the rest of South Africa.

1. Order Received at MDM Electron
We have successfully received your order and it is currently in our Warehouse for picking.
2. Collected by Courier
The order is picked, packed and designated transports company collects it from our warehouse.
3. Out for Delivery
Your order has now left the transport companies warehouse and it is on route to be delivered to you.
4. Order Delivered
Your order has been successfully delivered.
No, unfortunately we do not have a facility to allow collection at our warehouse.
We do not do cash on delivery at all, we’re in Partnership with the Courier Guy and they don’t accept any form of payment.
Your parcel will be delivered by our designated Courier Company the Courier Guy. You will receive a SMS on the day of delivery.
No, we deliver strictly on weekdays between 8am – 5pm
Delivery is free on all orders.
You will receive an order confirmation email sent to you confirming the order that has been placed successfully.
In order to cancel your order, the account holder will need to email info@mdmelectron.co.za complete with your order information. We will confirm whether the order is cancelled. If the order has already been shipped. The costs and delays are at the customers responsibility.

No, they are not, they are only reserved and confirmed once you receive your order confirmation email after placing your order online.
