Excellent fit to the Garmin Forerunner 35. Very easy to replace. It is silicone but not as elastic as the original Garmin strap. There is no guide available. Remove the screws from your current strap > apply a bit of force to clip off the straps at the connecting point> Clean surfaces > Clip in new strap > Turn in the Screws > DONE!
